Your items will be very carefully wrapped and boxed. We take great care to package your items very thoroughly with plenty of protective materials.

You will receive email notifications every step of the way. We will email you when we are processing the order. We will email you when your items are ready to ship. You will also get an email when your items ship with a tracking number.

If you need expedited or overnight shipping, please select that option at checkout. Additional charges will apply.

We only ship to the USA. We do not ship international.

Your options for shipping are USPS and FEDEX. You can select your choice on the shipping section on the checkout page when you complete your order. Shipping rates are automatically calculated when you products are in your shopping cart.

We do not provide a refund for any of our products as they are perishable and custom made to order.

Please review your order before and after checkout to ensure your products and available options are selected properly.

If your purchase is damaged in transit you will need to notify us to contact the shipping company to open a case. After assessment of the case we will notify you of the outcome.
